The most detailed public account rates the chat quality as surprisingly good for the price, and marketing describes an adaptive memory that tracks preferences and relationship dynamics across sessions.

The caveats are familiar for this category: the same detailed account reports memory degrading noticeably in sessions beyond roughly 40 to 50 messages, and even promotional coverage concedes replies can turn repetitive over time. With no independent user voices to corroborate either the praise or the complaints, conversation cannot be judged with confidence on the public record.

Image generation is the most consistently praised feature: the detailed account calls the output crisp and consistent with the character’s established appearance, while placing it below dedicated image-led platforms on absolute quality. We found no user-posted samples to corroborate the consistency claim.

Voice and video are where the sources split. Some affiliate listings advertise voice messages and video, but the most detailed account states plainly that there is no voice-call feature and that video generation is not production-ready. Where sources conflict like this, we treat the capability as unverified — and score realism on what is corroborated, which is a text-and-images product.

Value is where the record is weakest. We could not verify official pricing from a public page, and third-party figures conflict outright: monthly baselines are reported anywhere from about $10 to $13, and the only figure corroborated across separate sources is an annual plan near $71.99 a year. One directory reports first subscriptions discounted by about 70%, which would put renewal prices near triple the advertised entry rate, and auto-renewal is reported as on by default, with refunds described as unavailable once tokens are used.

The token system compounds the opacity. The standard plan’s allowance is reported at 100 tokens a month, a single image at 8 tokens — roughly a dozen images to exhaust the month — and the prices of top-up packs are not published anywhere we could find. The strongest privacy fact is the operator: FAB AI LTD resolves to a live UK Companies House record (no. 15816848, incorporated July 2024, registered in London). A named operator in a real registry is more than some rivals offer — though this is a very young company with a minimal filing footprint, and a registration is not a substantive safety signal by itself.

Beyond that, the record thins out. We could not read the privacy policy first-hand at assessment time. No source we checked disclosed a retention period, a deletion mechanism or a clear position on whether conversations train its models — we record all three as not disclosed — and the third-party characterisations that do exist conflict with each other on training use. Security language in circulation is generic SSL-tier marketing with no named standards or audits, so we treat it as claimed only; no source claims end-to-end encryption, which means staff access to conversations cannot be ruled out. We found no documented breach involving Couple Me or FAB AI LTD in the sources we checked — which is not proof one cannot happen — and no evidence of age verification beyond a self-declared 18+ gate, despite the operator being UK-registered.
